Articles of incorporation and bylaws, minutes, treasurer's reports, scrapbooks, newsletters, convention programs, printed material, and miscellaneous files relating to an organization formed to "elevate standards for women in business and professions and to promote the interests of business and professional women." The records contain information on the growth of the organization, its membership in the Minnesota Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, its activities (both social and educational), and the organization's commitment to the passage of the Equal Rights Amendment (1932-1975). The collection also includes personal papers of Olivia Johnson, a former vice president of the national organization and chairman of the Susan B. Anthony Memorial Fund, who was active in the St. Paul organization.
